"Pay Dirt" 240mm (9.45in) gyuto chef knife. A slick petroleum richness douses a pillar of gold within the super strong wa-style octagonal polyurethane resin handle. Toward the butt of the handle a brilliant shower of CASH rains down toward the clear resin base of the knife. The whole knife captures everything great about striking it rich, which you'll do with everything this knife touches. The resin is black but has some transparent depth allowing you to see the gold leaf flake.⠀⠀

The blade is made from molybdenum vanadium [stainless] steel, which is a mid-grade stainless steel hardened to HRC 57. Nothing fancy, but gets the job done, won’t rust, and easy to sharpen. You won't have to baby this knife. The edge angle is sharpened to 15 degrees and stropped for a razor sharp edge. Full flat grind (tapers from spine to cutting edge). The blade is 8.25” (210 mm) long, 1.81” (46 mm) tall, & 0.092” (2.35 mm) thick at the spine with a distal taper (gets thinner as it goes to the tip). Total length of the knife is 14.37” (365 mm).⠀
